Finding Movement

Sean Hollands is a Movement Director and Movement Coach available for Theatre, Film, TV, and other media projects. He is a Movement Practitioner for the internationally renowned Frantic Assembly, and was Movement Director on the Olivier Award nominated Warheads.

Sean specialises in collaborating with creatives and actors to find the movement they need for their projects. This includes developing movement languages to suit the style of the production, actor coaching and preparation, creating choreography, movement for casting, ensemble work, warm-ups.

Sean works to create movement that is inspired by the imagination of the creatives and actors on the project. Ensuring the movement is produced through creative exploration and collaboration.
